Information About Glenn's Goose Hunting Club in Southern Illinois

Glenn's Hunting Club is located in Marion, Illinois, adjacent to the Crab
Orchard National Wildlife Refuge.  Click here for maps to Glenn's.

Glenn Lancaster, the club's owner, has hunted waterfowl in Mexico, Canada, Illinois,
Indiana, and the Kentucky tristate area since 1956. Glenn's Hunting Club was
established in 1982 and is a premier Southern Illinois waterfowl hunting club.

The club features a heated club house with viewing windows for members
and day hunters. There are seven permanent, five man, heated goose pits.
Two are located on a three acre lake and the other five pits are located in fields of
corn, beans, and winter wheat on the club's 140 acres of prime goose habitat.

Glenn’s brother LD is the club's main guide. His many years of hunting
experience allow him to provide clients with enjoyable hunting adventures.

The area's goose season is set each year by the Department of Wildlife.
It typically runs from December through January.
